Rachel Lockhart is the founder of Rachel’s Makeup and Brow Studio, located on Newbury St. in the heart of Boston's historic Back Bay neighborhood. Introduced to the beauty industry at a very young age, Rachel Lockhart has risen to become one of Boston’s most exciting talents. Her large following of loyal clients is a true testament to her talent. In 2002, Rachel was recognized by Boston Magazine as Best Make-Up Artist. In addition to her highly individualized make-up applications, Rachel is also renowned for her meticulous eyebrow shapings.

Beyond her classic training in both beauty and special effects make-up, Rachel's career has been influenced by her love appreciation of textures and colors in the fine arts. Before opening her own studio in 2003, Rachel has worked at some of the top salons in Boston with some of the city’s most respected talents. Rachel’s works have appeared in countless National magazines including, Allure, Lucky, Real Simple, and countless other publications. She has appeared on MTV's Made as a makeup and brow expert and her clientele includes notables from the editorial, television and creative arts worlds.
